PILL ON THE WALL

Enzo Trapani

Enzo Trapani

painter and doctor of Neurology since 1999, Enzo Trapani has been studying the effects of color and has created a field combining art and science, which he has named “neuroart”

From years of work with patients who have neurological disorders, he has come to understand on a cellular level that color actually has the power to change one’s genetics;

thus giving us epigenetics

Epigenetics

Epigenetics explains that the environment can change the expression of our DNA, by turning genes on and off. Environment qualifies everything that is around us as humans: what we eat, what we see, what we listen to, what colors we see, everything that is received on a sensorial level. This is why stress of any unpleasant experience can make us feel  ill, or cause long term illness; as chemicals are released into our blood stream based on our environmental factors.

East and west

There are two main schools of thought of medicine, that being Western and Eastern. Trapani is proposing a concept that mixes both. This concept, namely, “Pill on The Wall” will be a therapeutic experience that has the ability to change people on a sensorial and cellular level. “The Pill on the Wall” is a way to understand how important and crucial “environment” is for everyone. This “environment” is based on the right colors that Trapani has studied throughout his practice over the past 20 years.
